Refund Policy
Lemonade Apps products are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record. Refunds are governed by Paddle's Invoiced Consumer Terms and Conditions.

Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel and return the product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction. To meet the deadline, send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.
To cancel, you must inform Paddle of your decision. For subscription services, your right to cancel applies following the initial subscription, not upon each automatic renewal.
Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel as permitted above, Paddle will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which Paddle is informed of your decision to cancel.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Exception to the Right to Cancel
Your right as a Consumer to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content that you have started to download, stream or otherwise acquire, or to products which you have had the benefit of.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
Indirect Sales Tax Refund
If you have been charged sales tax and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by applicable law. You must contact Paddle within 60 days after completing the purchase. Refunds require a valid sales tax code. Requests received after 60 days will not be processed.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. To cancel, contact Paddle at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Provide your order number and the email address used to purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the next payment date. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
